The Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Confernece Center was pleased to accept the 48th New Good Neighbor Award from the New Jersey Business and Industry Association on Friday at a luncheon in Iselin, NJ. The Good Neighbor Awards salute the firms in New Jersey that have, in the last two years, contributed to the economic value of their communities by constructing new buildings or investing in noteworthy capital improvement projects.
An independent panel from a cross section of state associations judged the entries based on economic benefits, job creation, architectural merit and community involvement. Of the 28 projects entered, the judges selected 10 as co-winners of equal merit.
The hotel was represented at the luncheon by Robert Weeks, General Manager and representatives from BBG-BBGM, the architects, as well as representatives from McGowan Builders.
It was a proud day for the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel!
