Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre

The Sheraton Meadowlands is at a loss of words for the tragic event that took place on December 14, 2012 at Newton, Connecticut. The Sandy Hook Elementary Massacre has to be the saddest news to hear this year especially since little, innocent kids were killed.

Our deepest and most sincere condolences go out to all the victims and their families affected by this horrific event and are truly hoping for peace.

The Sales Department wanted to show their support and respect to all who were affected by wearing the elementary school colors, green and white. It was the least we could have done.

Our hearts go out to all of you!

Football Sunday at the Meadowlands!

The Metlife Stadium is hosting the New Orlean Saints vs. New York Giants football game this Sundat at 4:15 P.M. The parking lot will open 5 hours prior to the game for all those who are planning to arrive early.

The Sheraton Meadowlands is only minutes away from the stadium. We invite you to stop by and take advantage of our lunch options. It's sure to be delicious!

College Basketball Division 1 Double Header!

This Saturday, December 8th, the Izod Center will be hosting this month's Division 1 Double Header. Saint Peter's University will go against Loyola University at 12 P.M. and following this game, Duke and Temple are ready for their rematch at 3:15 P.M.

The Duke Blue Devils vs. the Temple Owls is a very anticipated game since it is a rematch and both teams are beyond qualified. If you buy one ticket, you will be able to see both games. Do not miss your opportunity to see all of these great basketball teams compete with one another. Tickets are still on sale- just visit the Izod Center's main website.

For any guests who will be staying at our hotel, we are looking forward to your stay. We do have transportation  to the game at a nominal fee. The Front Desk will have further information as Saturday gets closer. You can also enjoy breakfast or lunch before the game at our very own, Chairman's Grill located in the main lobby.
